The finca is located in the outer area of Alcudia, only a few minutes drive from the old town and the beach of Puerto Alcudia in a quiet location in beautiful surroundings and with wonderful views.

 

The house has a cosy lounge with dining area, a nice bright kitchen with access to the BBQ dining area,

5 bedrooms (one with private terrace and distant views of the sea, countryside and mountains) and 3 bathrooms all on one level.

On the lower level there is a small granny flat of approx. 40 m² with living-dining and kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom, which can be perfectly used as a guest flat.

There is also a utility room, storage room and a small workshop.

 

The outdoor area has a lot to offer with a large pool (9 x 5 m), terrace, many Mediterranean plants, a BBQ area with covered terrace for dining, 2 storage huts and a carport. Furthermore, the outdoor area offers a lot of green space and a fish pond with fountain and a pavilion.

The whole is framed by a fantastic view of the countryside and the Tramuntana mountains.

 

The finca has an "old" rental licence, which means that there are hardly any costs involved in renewing it. This makes the rental much more profitable.
